How I teach?
-I want you to understand the concepts associated with human movement not just understand it. So my teaching style is exploratory where I lead you to the answers and get you to understand the concepts.
Typical Lesson Plan
-Explore joint actions on an anatomical level, understand their application of force, and breakdown concepts associated with the movements. Tutoring breaks down the body from lower extremities, upper extremities and torso.
-Lessons apply to levels from high school to graduate school.
