John has decades of experience teaching in both formal and informal settings and has expertise in a wide range of humanities subject matter. Most importantly, however, John honors and respects the intellect of each learner, sees the potential within each student, and cultivates their interests. He was my teacher more than two decades ago, and I still remember not just the content he taught, but the way he taught it, treating students like adults, and challenging them along the way. As a tutor, he will no doubt offer an even more personalized and meaningful experience.
