About Palak
I am a passionate meditation and spiritual wellness teacher who enjoys helping beginners discover simple and practical ways to build a mindful routine. My approach is friendly, calm and easy to follow. I teach meditation, mindfulness, breathing practices, relaxation techniques, creative meditation and basic mindful movement. I focus on making every class comfortable, interactive and suitable for students who are starting their journey with meditation.

My meditation classes are beginner-friendly, simple and practical. I teach meditation step by step, including mindfulness, breathing practices, relaxation, guided meditation and self-awareness. I can also introduce creative meditation techniques such as mindful art and journaling, along with basic interesting mindful movement. The classes are designed to help students build a calm and consistent meditation practice in an easy and comfort way.
