I am Sarath Kumar
- 18 years experience in the world of percussion music
- I am Lead Percussionist of Ambassa Band led by Therukural Arivu
- Also played as the Lead Percussionist in Pa. Ranjith's Casteless Collective Band.
- Played Satti/Dholak/Parai/Kattamolam/Kanjira at different locations such as Chennai, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Delhi and Sri Lanka.
- Played percussion for movies like Sarpatta Parambarai and Paris Jeyaraj.

My method starts with the basic philosophy behind percussion instruments and then shows the basic techniques of the specific instrument one desires to learn.
Once the basics are mastered, we will explore the more intricate aspects of playing in tune with the nature and capabilities of the learner.
