About Benedikson
I am a movement lover. I have also trained in the art of yoga & dance. But I feel Parkour is a great way to become more aware & in control of your body. Hence I am here to introduce you to parkour & increase your mobility & functional strength.

My classes are based on moving step by step i.e. unless your base isn't strong, you don't go for the advanced movements. Parkour is a sport for all ages & is all about understanding your own body. So in my classes, we"ll move accordingly to where you stand at the moment & with time you"ll be acing your movement.
