About Alli
I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Early Childhood Education from Tulane University. I have a plethora of experience with reading and writing tutoring, particularly elementary-aged students. I am patient and knowledgeable and I care deeply about the success of each of my students!

Students can choose a short story to read aloud with me. I will use flashcards to teach words within range of knowledge. I patiently help students sound out any words they do not know. I will explain words, if students are not able to define in context. Lessons are intended for children in grades K-2 or adults who are aware of the English alphabet and have some experience, but are learning to read.
