Mariana has inspired me more deeply than I can put into words, not only in my language learning journey, but also as a human being and as an artist.

We first met while doing theater together in Los Angeles, and later I had the opportunity to join the production she was touring through Hungary and Poland. It was a completely new experience for me, and one I’ll always be grateful for.

The first real conversation we had happened unexpectedly at the airport. We talked for nearly two hours, and I walked away thinking, “I’m going to keep meeting some of the best people in my life through art.” That conversation stayed with me.
