About Natalia
I grew up speaking Spanish, and it serves as a great connection to my Cuban roots. In school, I branched out to different languages, picking up French, Russian, and German. Learning new languages is an ongoing passion, and I deeply enjoy how a language can evolve from an indecipherable system to a whole new world of thinking and cultural understanding. I believe it is never too late to begin learning.

Learning a language is about consistency. A little bit of time each day can add up to amazing results. I foster an encouraging and welcoming atmosphere to my students, and am committed to their progress and goals over the timeline that works best for them.
I am familiar with the process of language acquisition, and can effectively find methods and strategies that cover a broad range of learning styles. I am able to explain the cultural applications of the language, as well as the nitty-gritties of grammar, convention, and etymology. No ask is too big or too small. Lessons range from reading comprehension and pronunciation practice, to engaging in conversations with vocabulary essential to the student's learning goals.
