HYPATIA is a center of studies that seeks to fill the academic gaps that the massification in the classroom and the obsolete pedagogical processes have provoked in the student population. On many occasions a student's failure is not due to lack of study or knowledge, but to lack of motivation or appropriate study techniques. The teaching experience of the HYPATIA group has shown us that the method of study should vary in relation to the person, objectives, aptitudes and previous knowledge. Therefore, HYPATIA, CENTER OF STUDIES AND ACADEMIC REINFORCEMENT, does not pretend to be one more among the multitude of academies and companies that offer tutors without own pedagogical program. HYPATIA, is a center that offers what each student needs, based on a firm and elaborate code of ethics. The teachers of HYPATIA are not mere teachers, but tutors who establish a relationship of sincerity with the student posing effective solutions in relation to concrete problems. Why choose HYPATIA in front of other companies in the market? The HYPATIA study center is not an academy to use. It is a family and elitist center where the achievement and final achievement of the proposed objective is sought. There are two types of centers in the Balearic Islands that aim to meet the needs of students with academic problems: - The Academies: Centers in which classes are held in groups on certain subjects by way of reinforcement. - Companies to obtain private tutors who move to their homes. Most of these companies play the role of intermediaries between student and teacher, without actually worrying about the type of pedagogical relationship between student and teacher. HYPATIA, CENTER OF STUDIES AND ACADEMIC REINFORCEMENT is neither of these two things. The classes offered mainly by our center are focused on the individual. In an initial interview the student's level and individual needs are assessed. After a previous study, a proposal is presented in terms of number of hours and pedagogical typology to follow.
