I will explain what you should do to achieve your goals. All online calls, I will ask for updated weight, food intake, and relative information and monitor your progress to help the most people. These calls will be held online where you can ask any questions you may have and everything will be confidential. I will suggest diet options to make sure you have the food you like while moving towards your weight and fitness goals.
