About Joe
I am a regular A-Level, soon to be University, student who has been dedicated to the art of fitness and bodybuilding for 3-4 years now. After undergoing an impressive transformation from overweight to fit using my knowledge of bodybuilding, my understanding has developed tremendously.

My coaching will be completely based on you. What you like to do, what you have available, and how you would like to go about your fitness journey. Ranging from workouts where I will advise what weight, how many sets and reps etc, to your diet where I will advise what to eat and when to eat it.
