About Molly

I am a Music student at Trinity College Dublin.
I achieved a H1 in Leaving Cert Music and Grade 8 Music Theory with Distinction, giving me a strong foundation in both practical and theoretical music.

My degree gives me a strong understanding of music theory, musicology, and music technology, all of which I apply directly to the Leaving Cert syllabus. I use this background to teach set works, composition, aural skills, and exam technique in a clear and structured way.

I am very familiar with the full course and focus on helping students understand material properly, improve exam performance, and build confidence in all sections of the exam.

I take a supportive, structured approach aimed at steady improvement and strong results.

About the lesson

Lessons are designed to support students through the full Leaving Cert Music course with a clear focus on exam success.

Support is provided across all key areas of the syllabus, including set works, composition, aural skills, and music theory. Complex material is broken down into simple, manageable steps to build understanding and confidence.

A structured but flexible approach is used, adapting to each student’s strengths and areas for improvement. Exam technique, essay writing, and efficient study methods are also developed to maximise marks.

Lessons aim to make the course more accessible, improve clarity around exam expectations, and help students achieve their full potential in Music.
