About Souleymane
Hello, currently working as a legal intern in business law and having passed the written tests for the 2020 bar exam, I have taught private classes during my college years and subsequently, as a legal counsel to the paralegals working within the International Business Law firm I was hired.

The legal approach and method can be difficult to grasp during the first years of law.
A certain rigor, knowledge and codes are required to exceed the average mark. However, each student is different in his/her learning process despite the uniformity of university teaching.
Also, I will adapt my sessions to clarify legal uncertainties, teach and rectify methodological difficulties as well as support the student in carrying out his/her assignments.
The first courses are devoted to the resumption of fundamental legal concepts and the methodology of the various exercises specific to law (practical case, commentary on judgment, essay ...).
Subsequently, we can focus on a particular matter, by reviewing it in its entirety or by focusing on specific points (civil law, contract law, law of obligations, civil procedure, constitutional law, company law , labor law ...).
I also support each student in carrying out their assignments so that they are prepared as best as possible for exams and for the next year.
I listen to each student in order to best meet their expectations.
