About Matteo
I am a Biomedical Engineer specialized in Biomechanics, with a lifelong passion for sports. I enjoy training, doing it with others, and above all teaching people how to train correctly. For me, sport means well-being, enjoyment, and togetherness, and that’s why I decided to turn it into something more than a “simple” passion. I am a certified Personal Trainer, graduated from the Invictus Academy, with work experience in gyms and sports centers.

Italian
The first lesson, which is free, will help me clearly understand your needs, goals, and starting point.
The sessions will take place in fully equipped fitness studios to ensure the best possible training experience.
If you have different needs, we can arrange workouts at your home or, if you prefer, outdoors.
We will start by focusing primarily on proper technique for each movement, and then build a progression that will help you improve both training volume and intensity.
I can’t wait to begin this journey together!
