About Jenny

I love teaching... I have been teaching guitar and English and working in childcare for over 35 years. I have retired but I miss the students and the contact and communication I have with them. I enjoy learning about my students and where they come from. And I like it that I am helping them to integrate into New Zealand society and become Kiwis through the spoken word!

About the lesson

Lessons are directed by the needs of the students. Once I have established what the student or group wishes to work on, I create lessons to suit. A typical lesson will last an hour, longer if it is a group lesson. I have qualifications in Training and Assessment Cert IV (TAFE - Western Australia) 2016 Diploma of Children's Services (Early Childhood Education and Care) (TAFE Pilbara) 2012 Childcare Supervisor Approval 2012 (as per Childcare Services Act 2007 Cert IV in TESOL (Australasian Training Academy) 2013 I am qualified to teach adults and children.

Morteza is diligent and keen to learn. He has a good command of vocabulary and can take and give instruction. His confidence will soon improve so that he will be able to meet his goals.
