About Miehleketo Lunacia
I am a self-grown fitness trainer. I've been training a lot of people in my area, we do exercises and also road works just to maintain our nice bodies. I got inspired to start a fitness class after realizing that all my family members (females) have nice built bodies except for me and they'd sometimes make fun out of it. So I saw an opportunity to also help a sister out who is facing the same problem as me but can't help it nor find a solution.

A 14-day challenge that will give you a nice summer build body that you'll only maintain by eating right...muscle building, 6-pack, leg shaping, and glutes enhancing exercises. No need to continue with the exercises after 14 days, it's a permanent result, you can just at least do the exercises at least 2 times a week after the first 14 days.
