About Kanami

I have been teaching Japanese to learners of various levels for over three years. As a language learner myself, I know that consistent self-study is the key to real improvement. That’s why my goal is not just to teach you Japanese but to help you develop the motivation and study habits that will allow you to continue learning on your own. I also have experience in customer service and hospitality, which has given me insights into effective communication. Whether you want to improve your daily conversation skills, pronunciation, or understanding of Japanese culture, I’m here to support you. Let’s work together to build your confidence and create a study routine that fits your lifestyle!

About the lesson

I offer Japanese lessons tailored to your needs! You can choose between free conversation practice or learning through your favorite songs.

Singing helps improve pronunciation, rhythm, and natural expression, making Japanese easier and more enjoyable to learn.

In addition to teaching language skills, I focus on helping you stay motivated in your studies. Self-study is essential for language improvement, so I will support you in building good learning habits and finding ways to make studying part of your daily routine.

My lessons are designed to be interactive, engaging, and personalized to your goals. Let’s enjoy learning Japanese together while keeping your motivation high!

Lessons will be held via Teams, Zoom or Skype (until May), but please let me know if you prefer.

My availability is Monday-Wednesday and Friday mornings to around 2pm (UK time).
May be able to meet your requirements though.
