About Nick
I am passionate about personal learning and development in myself and others.
I lacked confidence and ambition at school, additionally I did not relate or connect to most of the teachers and subjects.
It wasn't until later in life my mid 20s to early 30s that I realised that learning and self-development were accesible, enjoyable and intrinsically rewarding.
The catalyst for this insight was gaining an Honours Degree in Technology with the Open University.

I love using a blended approach to developing myself and others, so in any session we may use the frameworks of Acceptance and Commitment Theory, Neural Lingustics, Positive Psychology, Anecdotes, Personal Experiences and Mindfulness. All of these philosophies overlap and can be drawn upon to provide you with a development path that is as unique as you are.
We'll explore all aspects of your life to ensure that you are building the strongest foundations on which to build and grow.
