About Richard
Hi everyone I'm Ritchie!
I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer motivated to help people achieve their health and fitness goals!
Before starting my personal training journey, I was a Spanish National Goal Medalist in swimming, which is how I first became involved in the fitness industry.
I knew from a young age that I wanted to become a personal trainer, as I have a lot of love towards fitness and I have a passion to help others become the better version of themselves.

-Access to an app where you can track your daily habits. We use the app together so that I can keep track of your progress as well.

- Seeing your personalized training program, with how-to videos on how to execute the movements.
- Tracking your weight, bodyfat %, body measurements etc.
-Tracking your training and weights. The app will track your PBs etc.
