I aim to provide informative teaching and guidance, specifically suited to my student's learning style and the level they work at. Depending on the needs of the student in question, I am able to proofread work, help them analyse set texts while also providing insight into exam technique and essay writing. Having completed the OCR Literature GCSE, I am specifically suited to those studying the poetry anthology, An Inspector Calls, The Merchant of Venice and Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, along with any of the Language GCSE boards. I have also studied texts such as Animal Farm, Much Ado about Nothing and Romeo and Juliet in the past.
A lesson will typically be one hour long.
I am currently studying for my A-level English Language/Literature, in which I am predicted an A*. At GCSE I achieved a grade 8 in English Literature and a grade 9 in English Language. In addition, I have experience teaching English as I worked at Kumon Institute of Education. I am very passionate about the subject and would love to help out!
