About Stephanie
I am a qualified Librarian with a Degree in Law and Business Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Library and information Management. I have worked as a family reading worker supporting early years children to access stories and rhymes. I worked as a children's librarian for four years managing all aspects of children's reading and literacy across a Greater Manchester borough. I then moved into school librarianship promoting a love of reading and providing intervention for children. Alongside this I am a secondary school literacy coordinator responsible for all areas of improving literacy across the whole school both training colleagues, inspiring children to read and providing intervention on a one-to-one and group basis.

My teaching method is bespoke to the individual student. The first thing which is essential is to ascertain how the student learns, what they need to learn effectively, what motivates them. When working with children I incorporate fun learning methods such as games to help motivate the child.
