I have 11 years of experience in elementary schools being a first-grade teacher, computer teacher, and RTI interventionist. I also have 3 years of experience working in a high school with teaching life skills and coaching students with working skills. My current experience is working online as an ESL teacher with students in foreign countries.

My teaching method is based on personalized learning. I understand that not all students learn or comprehend on the same level. I want to emphasize thinking and self-management skills. The student will learn how to use critical thinking, creativity, and innovation. They will also focus on their organization and how to be effective and creative.
