About Mario
I have a true love of psychology and all things mental health, and it has been my primary field of study ever since high school. I enjoy teaching with a conversational approach, instead of dry lectures, and I like to have fun conversations about these very important topics. I am non-judgmental, creative, and open-minded in my psychotherapy practice, and as an educator. I know my strengths and limitations, and I hope to be able to help you meet your goals!

I have worked as a therapist in several different settings. I have discovered that, along with being able to utilize the best evidence-based psychotherapy approaches in practice, I am an effective teacher. In my current role as a hospital-based mental health consultant, I educate doctors, nurses, patient care technicians, clergy, management, and other therapists, about best evaluation and best practice for various mental health conditions, including mental health issues experienced by staff members themselves. I can easily tailor my lessons based on what you are seeking to learn, whether it be for school/career, curiosity, or your own mental health needs.
