About Kirsten
I’m Kirsten Nery P. Mendoza, a Licensed Professional Teacher with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English and 36 units earned toward a Master of Arts in Education, major in Administration and Supervision. I have over three years of professional teaching experience across ESL, senior high school, and college education.
My ESL background includes teaching Korean learners aged 7 to 25 and Japanese adult professionals. I have taught English speaking, reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, conversational English, and Business English, including workplace communication, presentations, meetings, and job interview preparation.
Beyond ESL instruction, I currently serve as an English and Research Teacher at the senior high school level and have worked as a college instructor. I have also developed instructional modules and curriculum-aligned learning materials in Oral Communication, Reading and Writing Skills, Practical Research, and Strategic Listening and Reading.
With my professional teaching license, academic background, diverse teaching experience, and specialization in English education, I provide structured and professional lessons designed to help learners develop strong communication skills and greater confidence in using English.
