About Ekundayo
I am a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Over my clinical career, I have guided individuals and families toward better health through science-backed dietary strategies. I teach because I am passionate about making clinical nutrition easy to understand, helping people take control of their metabolic health and adopt sustainable lifestyle habits that produce real, long-term results
