About Miriah
As an experienced Teacher I have taught all subjects to students 5-13 years old, including ESL and ELL students for 5 years. I also know what its like to engage students remotely by using Google Suites and Zoom. Teaching ESL and ELL students online and in person has been the most challenging and fulfilling experience. As students grow in their ability to write and read English, I learn about them as an individual, and we both learn how much you can learn when you challenge yourself just enough!

My teaching method is formulated around collaboration between myself and the students. I believe that every student can learn when given the right tools. I also believe it is necessary to first listen to and learn from that student to know what tools that student needs.
