About Daniella

I experienced an early perimenopause. I would turn 39 when night sweats and hot flushes kicked off.
Women don't really deserve it but that is how life happens to us.

Since then, I changed my own approach to training going from 4-5 sessions down to 2-3 a week lifting heavy stuff.
I added a few steady cardio in my life.
I keep myself active as much as I can (cycling, walking, playing sports, hiking, and swimming are my gems)
I enjoy food as much as you do. I just know how to balance without avoiding any food to make sure I have a healthy relationship with it.
I want nothing else to you too.

Bone density decreases, and muscle loss increases so the risk of falls. Stubborn belly fat and reduced energy levels.
Welcome to the midlife journey!

With my approach, life over 40 is NOT all downhill.
In our 1:1 or 2:1 sessions we focus on Resistance Training followed by a core exercise and finish with an enjoyable sweat workout.
Although it is NOT a one-size fits all approach, I will meet you where you are in your fitness journey and customize it to your specific needs and preferences.

The Doctor Muscle Block: we lift weights. Squats, Deadlifts, Push and Pull are the main work.
The Core Block: we do a core routine (Abs & Hips strength).
The 40+ Rocks Block: we mixed up power, agility, cardio, jumps, weights etc.
Leave the session feeling a real badass.

To wrap up, away from the barbells and dumbbells, we look after your nutrition and lifestyle habits.
