About Diline
I am an experienced healing life coach and mentor who's passionate about spreading healing and helping fellow humans to connect with their inner peace. I am here to empower you to turn your grief into gold, and your struggles into a source of wisdom and purpose. After completing my university studies in Psychology and Sociology, I dedicated myself to supporting families and young people to overcome their traumas and find meaning and purpose in their lives. I also worked in different schools and groups. I love to share knowledge related to healing, emotional wellness and goal achieving through podcasting and writing. I wrote about grief, self-care and compassion after loss, underscoring an approach to healing as a deeply human and transformative journey. Having extended experience of working with many people who were affected by grief and trauma, I am confident that I will be the best to support you in your healing journey.

Each lesson is an experience, a SAFE space for YOU to be fully you and let out what you need. It won't be merely talking though, I will use fun and creative tools to help you feel grounded and at ease.
Through each session I help you find mental clarity and connect with your inner peace by addressing your limiting beliefs and past wounds. I use open questions that help you find answers and unlock key areas where you feel stuck. You will be empowered with self-healing tools and techniques that will help you deal with the negative thoughts and master your emotions. Examples of these are; reflective writing, therapeutic art tools, meditations and so on. Each session will lead to the next session which provides accountability to keep you on track and achieve the best results.
