About Theresa

I grew up in a very challenging environment and despite this, I managed to achieve all of my goals, including studying law and working in corporate at Goldman Sachs. I combine these personal experiences with my skills and knowledge to offer unique coaching and consulting that will help you develop your character and accomplish your personal goals. I achieve this by providing a non-judgemental approach by creating a respectful and confidential coaching relationship.

About the lesson

There could be some overlap between coaching and consulting, and I like to draw on both approaches to help my clients. A very recent client had recently lost her job and her confidence was at an all-time low. This particular situation required coaching to help her regain her self-confidence, but also consulting to assist her in setting and achieving her new goals. Every person and their situations are unique, and during a consultation, I will learn about your circumstances and what you want to achieve. It is from this, that I will be able to identify the best method to help you grow and develop. If you feel you are ready and committed to achieving your goals, life coaching is for you.
