About Louise cullen
I was a secondary school teacher of English for 16 years and worked as a SENCO, specialising in young people of GCSE age with additional learning and wellbeing needs.
I delivered sports programmes and life guidance; connecting with agencies and professionals to help them transition into life after school.
In my mid 30s I retrained as a Sports Therapist, PT and life coach, quit my 9-5 and moved to a new country to begin my new life, with no guarantees that it would work out.
I have made plenty of mistakes along the way and kept going, and am now living a life I never thought could exist.
I have the experience and expertise to help you skip the many mistakes that can happen along the way and find the direction that will help you get to wherever you want to be
