About Sequoia
Hi! My name is Sequoia Canada, and I help people heal from their spiritual wounds, which are holding them back from their life’s purpose! I am a Columbia University graduate with extensive counseling experience. I have been giving private lessons in mental and emotional health since 2015. I have helped sixty-four people and counting recognize, understand, accept, and ultimately change that which is hindering their growth. About the lesson

My teaching method is simple, yet effective. First, we get acquainted in order to build trust. This happens through Zoom or Google Meet meetings. The first three sessions are dedicated to building and strengthening this trust. From then on, based on progress, we will complete worksheets and mental exercises intended to illuminate your spiritual wounds. We will also engage in therapeutic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in order to aid us in this journey.
