My Approach & Methodology:
I believe true transformation happens when we work on both the mind and the heart. My sessions combine life coaching, hypnotherapy, and energy healing to help you release what’s holding you back and step into your full potential. Each session is a safe, supportive space where we explore your goals, uncover hidden patterns, and create practical, sustainable steps toward the life you truly want.
Lesson Length:
Most sessions are 60 minutes, giving us enough time to go deep while keeping the focus clear and actionable. For more complex breakthroughs, we can extend sessions to 90 minutes.
Qualifications & Experience:
With over 15 years of corporate experience, I help high-performing executives to individuals rebuilding after personal challenges by bringing a unique mix of professional skill, intuitive guidance, and deep compassion.
I’m certified in life coaching, hypnosis and energy healing and have guided clients through powerful mindset and life shifts.

Deadly! Nic is my first life coach. Her trainings and experiences enabled her to carry out coaching sessions effortlessly. She coaches with the right balance of empathy + challenge. I feel safe sharing my thoughts and feelings with her. We leave each sessions with progress and insights. She is the cheerleader of my life!
