About Life
Trish Taylor - After graduating with my B Soc Sci, I felt that somehow there had to be a connection between mind, body and soul. I went on to qualify as a herbalist and furthered my studies through an American university with Ayurveda (Mind-Body Medicine). I was so obsessed with learning that I studied various other modalities and short courses, including colour therapy, Louise Hay, homoeopathy for home use, TRE, and a yoga teacher training course.
Trish Taylor of Life Retreat Yoga Studio, located in Somerset West, Cape Town, is delighted to be hosting American Yoga teacher Linda E. Osorio, to lead their 200- hour Yoga Teacher Training. Founder of Stafford House of Yoga and now owner of House of Yoga Academy, Linda has over 18 years in the new age, holistic movement.
Certifications: E-RYT 500, NCTMB, Reiki Master, Thai Massage from the Thai Institute of Chang Mai, Higher Self Meditation with Cary Bayer student of the Maharishi, Oncology Massage Certified.
