About Helen
I am a trained life coach who specialises in helping people who have been feeling stuck, or who have been dealing with anxiety/depression or low self-esteem issues which may have left them feeling under the control of their emotions.
I was diagnosed with bipolar after 15 years of suffering from depression and emotional dysregulation. The skills and tools I went on to study in life coaching transformed my life and im passionate about working with individuals to find what works for them to help them get unstuck and to move forward with hope and self confidence.

- I am a future-focused coach.
- I have experience in helping people who have lived with depression/anxiety. It is so easy to lose ourselves when we are battling such emotional issues.
- I believe we all have the answers we need, we just haven't asked ourselves the right questions.
- My aim is to empower my clients with a wide range of tools they will need to be able to move forward and eventually to become self sufficient at self coaching!
- Alongside more traditional coaching models I am also advance certified in tools such as the Enneagram, DISC, and Human Design which means your sessions recognise who you are as a unique individual. There is no one tool fits all!
