About América
I hold a degree in Linguistics and a certificate in Teaching German as a Foreign Language (DaF). During my academic studies, I realised that beyond theory, I wanted to work directly with people and support them in their learning process. This led me to teaching, where I also gained experience as a university tutor and discovered how rewarding it is to guide others.
Languages in general have always been a central part of my life: I grew up bilingual and have always been passionate about foreign languages such as English and French.
For me, language goes beyond grammar — it includes literature, cultural insights, and everyday communication. Teaching a language means to help students develop both linguistic skills and to understand its people and culture.

My teaching approach combines classic grammar practice with a strong focus on communication.
Lessons typically last 45 to 60 minutes and include speaking activities, exercises in grammar and homework, often supported by interesting video or podcast recommendations that you can also enjoy in your free time.
I have experience working with learners from diverse backgrounds in both private language school settings and integration courses, as well as teaching young learners and adults. My classes are suitable for all levels and ages, with a particular emphasis on improving spoken German in a practical and fun way!
