About Xin
I am very passionate about the education field and my work experience in an international early childhood education centre during my undergraduate studies will help me to adapt well to this role. I am skilled in balancing multiple tasks and taking a positive attitude towards everything. I am highly self-motivated and excellent in communication, problem-solving as well as cooperation in teamwork.
I am enthusiastic about taking care of and educating children, and I can communicate with children, parents and the staff in a good way. In addition, my undergraduate degree in English and my Master's degree in Linguistics have given me a good foundation in spoken and written English. I will approach each assignment with a hard-working and positive attitude.

I will start with the basic phonetic sounds of the alphabet and help students to master the fundamental spelling of Chinese. Secondly, I will set up specific situations and use questions and answers, show pictures as well as tell stories to introduce the grammar points to the students. I will also give examples from daily life to help the students get a better understanding of language and to encourage them to rehearse. If possible, I will regularly introduce ancient Chinese culture to assist students in understanding traditional culture, as it is important to have a good cultural grounding for their comprehension in the language learning.
