About Alexa
I have ample experience editing both creative and scholarly works. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2023, with a Bachelor's in English Literature and Nonfiction Writing. Here, I accumulated 50+ hours of tutoring ESL Pittsburgh Public School youth, at JFCS Pittsburgh. In my undergraduate years, I also worked at Sampsonia Way, a magazine dedicated to amplifying the voices of writers at risk. It is here, as well as my writing workshops, that I learned the art of cohering a piece of writing to perfection. I have worked with a wide range of age groups, including middle school and high school students, college undergraduates, working adults.
I am currently employed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of South Florida, where I teach English Composition.
