About Seannalisa
I am an English and American Literature undergrad student, as well as a writer, with a specialized interest in 19th Century-mid 20th century literature. I have tutored on my own since high school, helping my peers pass and even excel at academic competition in both literature and writing, and I have also professionally tutored children from Pre-K skill levels to High School levels at a globally recognized tutoring center. I love to help others develop skill and passion for literature and writing!

At Kumon, I learned to approach most students with a "self-learning" technique, however, I find that technique is not best for everyone. I would much rather pick up on a personalized approach in accordance with the student's own personal skills and needs, whether that be with more guidance and assistance, or with greater independence. Either way, I would like to challenge students to read deeper into a given text, and push them towards writing skills which can help them achieve any future goal.
