About Gabriella
I am a recent Law graduate from the University of Cape Town, with an undergraduate degree in History. I’ve been a tutor for 5 years, and my main interests are in commercial law, including taxation and competition law. Civil procedure however is a very big strength of mine (with an 86% average). I achieved Dean’s list twice, and am a golden key member. I also have experience volunteering where I mainly drafted legal documents, and participated as a legal advisor.

Depending on the student’s needs, I like to help the student go through their work, finding out in advance what they need to improve on. I try to give additional work that I know will develop skills, but predominantly go through assignments or readings they may have, and prepare practice tests when there is a test or exam. Then I will test the student during the class, or give it to them for the following lesson and provide a memorandum.
