About Aïsha
I’m a French professional based in London, with 10 years of experience in international procurement and a career spanning major companies in France and the UK.
I secured my first sponsored role in London while still living in Paris, and later secured sponsorship again when changing employers in the UK. These experiences taught me how to prepare for interviews, explain my achievements clearly and adapt my career story to different opportunities.
I know how daunting it can feel to apply for your first professional role or pursue a career in another country. I want to share what I’ve learned to help others approach that process with more confidence and a clear plan.
Whether you’re starting your career or bringing years of experience to the UK job market, I offer a supportive space to practise, ask questions and receive honest, practical feedback. I work in English and French, and also speak Spanish.

My coaching is practical, supportive and tailored to your experience and career goals. I work with early-career candidates and experienced professionals, including those preparing for a move to London.
My programme consists of three one-hour sessions:
1. CV and job description review: identify the role’s requirements, your relevant strengths and opportunities to improve your CV.
2. Interview preparation and storytelling: build a clear introduction, develop examples of your achievements and practise answering likely questions.
3. Mock interview and personalised feedback: rehearse in realistic conditions and identify what to improve before your interview.
Sessions are available online in English or French. We work with your own CV and target role, so the preparation is directly relevant to your next opportunity.
