About Howie
I've always been madly into sports and exercise, and seen first-hand the positive effect this can have on your life.
In terms of specifics, I'm currently a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu, multiple marathon runner, with 20+ years' experience in Strength & Conditioning.
I love helping people make progress, and having fun whilst doing so!

Whether grappling, lifting, running or cardio more broadly, over the course of 45 minutes, we focus on making sustainable progress to set us up for long-term success... and of course, look to have a bit of a laugh along the way!
