About Gabriella
I am a Law student at the University of Surrey. I have not taken part in paid tutoring, however I have been helping my younger family members with school work since I was 14 and so have much experience doing so. Due to Covid, my university has moved mostly online meaning I have more time to help through tutoring. My younger family members achieved great results in their SATs as well as KS3 exams. I have been able to teach them to study smartly, ensuring they grasp the content. My main mode of teaching is using 'spaced repetition', this ensures that my students retain newly learned information for longer, putting it into their long term memory. I mostly work with children raging 7-14 but I'm up for the challenge in helping other ages.

My teaching methodology is based around spaced repetition as it is scientifically proven to help students retain the knowledge they have learnt. Every student learns differently and I am prepared to adapt my teaching style to suit them best, from visual learning to tests. I am still a student which makes it easier for other students to identify themselves in me and trust they can get through it.
