About Sanni

Although my educational background is in law, I have a longstanding passion for mathematics, physics, and programming. I have previously worked as a programmer, and am currently an executive at a technology start-up. I have a good grasp of practical applications of mathematical and physical concepts and hands-on experience with several programming languages. This makes me qualified to teach these three subjects up to university level.

I am ambitious with my personal goals and believe in the importance of physical and mental well-being. Outside tutoring, I work as an executive at a tech start-up and compete in equestrian sports at a professional level. In addition to offering academic support, I hope I can be a positive and encouraging role model for you or your child.

About the lesson

I spend time observing the student’s thought pattern and identifying their weak points. Then, I prepare drills that address these weak points and build a routine in problem-solving. Where the student gives an incorrect answer, I walk through the reasoning together with the student, help them to understand how their thought process could be improved, and give them effective tools for breaking down questions of the kind.

In the past, I have had particular success with students who struggle with learning disabilities. As someone with ADHD myself, I can easily identify where the problem-solving methods of a student with a learning disability could be improved. I can also suggest strategies for more effective studying that I myself have used to succeed in my degree studies.
