About Mishka

I have a nutrition certificate specializing in vegan nutrition from Cornell University , I am a food blogger and had a beautiful vegan pregnancy. I am eager to share my understanding about nutrition with fun recipes that ca help any one interested in learning more about healthy lifestyle habits.

About the lesson

My approach when teaching is through cooking classes filled with easy fast recipes as well as discussions about nutrition and helpful healthy habits that can be incorporated into your every day life.

My classes are for but not limited to; people who want to transition into a vegan life, or want to incorporate more vegan food into their diet. Women who are pregnant, children and people who are interested in shedding some weight.
