About Imogen
I am a 3rd year University student studying Modern Languages in Scotland who is looking for prospective students of English to teach over the summer! I have some background in French as a language and would describe my level as Intermediate-Advanced (B2-A1). I'm friendly, open and creative, and I promise to create a learning environment which feels non-judgemental and hopefully inspiring, too!

Hello! I'm a native English speaker looking to teach English to anyone hoping to learn the language, whether just for fun, or even if you're looking so far as to move to an English speaking country. I am currently a Modern Languages student in Scotland learning French and Russian, and I have some experience with Spanish too. Learning languages can take a long time to build up, and speaking sessions (even short ones) can really help to speed up the process! Classes would involve lessons (half an hour minimum) of conversation practice at a time. Lessons would be personalised to the sort of topics you're interested in discussing (I can also provide topics and a more structured set of lessons which are planned in advance, if that is a preferred method you would like to have on your language-learning journey), and classes would be casual/laid back. I will tailor these sessions to your personal language-learning needs, help with any language queries you may have, grammar or vocabulary which might be improved, and provide general tips to improve fluency. I am a third year (21 year old) University student of Modern Languages who is confident with the structure of language-learning classes, and I have plenty of experience, tips and tricks to help with language learning along the way! These classes are for anyone regardless of age or native language.
