About Philip

I’m a self-taught fitness enthusiast who transformed my own body using home workouts and bodyweight training with minimal equipment. I lost a significant amount of weight by focusing on consistency, discipline, and simple but effective training methods rather than complicated gym programs.

Through my personal journey, I learned that getting in shape doesn’t require a gym or expensive equipment—what matters most is having the right structure, guidance, and accountability.

Alongside fitness, I also have experience as a tutor, which helps me explain concepts clearly, break things down step-by-step, and adapt my coaching to each person’s learning style.

My sessions are designed to help beginners lose body fat, improve fitness, and build discipline using minimal equipment home workouts. You don’t need a gym—just your body and a small space to train.
Each session is adapted to your level and goals, whether you’re a complete beginner or restarting your fitness journey. I guide you step-by-step so you always know what to do and how to improve.

What we focus on:

Bodyweight training at home (minimal equipment required)

Fat loss and full-body conditioning

Beginner calisthenics progressions

Simple cardio and sprint-style workouts

Core strength, mobility, and injury prevention

Building consistency and discipline habits

Accountability and structured weekly progress

Equipment (optional):

Floor space

Chair or sturdy surface (sometimes used)
