About Carmen
I am an experienced primary teacher with a passion for teaching vibrant, interesting lessons to children of all abilities. Seeing progress and having a positive impact on a child's learning is the greatest reward as a teacher. I have experience in teaching mathematics, reading and writing to children of primary age and children with learning difficulties such as autism, dyslexia and ADHD.

My lessons start with a quick, active warm-up where we can assert previous knowledge and next steps. Next, I model the main teaching point of the lesson and collaboratively work with the students until they have mastered the skill.
