About Esther
I graduated from the London School of Economics in 2019 with a degree in Social Policy, and have recently completed the Graduate Diploma in Law. I have experience with helping younger students and peers with their studies, as well as mentoring and guiding them through university applications.
I have a strong grasp of what is required of students to succeed academically. At school I was awarded five academic prizes, and a prize for outstanding academic achievement at LSE. I am well placed to teach these skills to anyone requiring help with school or university exams.

My teaching method is to focus on a specific area my student is struggling with and go over it thoroughly with them until they are completely comfortable with it. If there are no specific issues I tend to go over past papers to identify any problems my student may have, and make sure they are familiar with the marking scheme so they understand exactly what is required of them to get top marks.
When it comes to essay writing, I will teach my students exactly how to structure, analyse and conclude, as well as offering extensive feedback to their essays. I also like to converse with my students about certain topics, either through a candid discussion or debate-style. This provides my students with a chance to understand in depth about what they're learning and helps them form their own perspective, which will aid them with their essay writing.
