About Agnes

With 12+ years of teaching experience in French, I have guided 150 to 200 High School and College students in achieving their learning goals with confidence. My teaching philosophy is based on clarity, patience, and a student-focused approach. I believe that every student has the ability to learn effectively when given the right guidance and support.

I design my lessons to be clear, structured, and interactive, combining grammar, vocabulary, and conversation practice. I also use real-life examples to make lessons more relatable and easier to understand. I encourage students to participate actively, as this helps them build confidence and improve their communication skills.

One of my notable achievements is helping students who once struggled with French achieve strong academic results and develop confidence in using the language. I aim to create a learning environment that is both supportive and motivating.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching French is centred on helping students develop strong communication skills and practical language use. I use real-life examples, case studies, and conversation exercises to demonstrate how French is applied in everyday life, academics, and professional situations.

I follow a flexible teaching style, adapting lessons to each student’s level, pace, and goals, ensuring a personalised and effective learning experience. Collaboration is a key part of my approach, and I encourage students to actively participate in discussions, role-plays, and interactive exercises that enhance fluency, comprehension, and confidence.

I also maintain a compassionate and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning at their own pace. In addition to French, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, reading, writing, and cultural insights to provide a complete and immersive learning journey.
