About Ethan
I am a dedicated Trumpet tutor with 11 years of teaching experience, helping High School students, College students, and adults develop their skills with confidence. During my teaching journey, I have successfully taught around 300 students from different learning backgrounds. I enjoy working with beginners as well as advanced learners and always make sure each student receives the attention they deserve.
My teaching philosophy is that learning should be simple, practical, and enjoyable. I believe students learn best when they feel encouraged and supported. Every lesson is designed to match the student's learning pace and goals. I explain concepts in simple English and use clear demonstrations, regular practice, and positive feedback to help students improve steadily.
My lessons focus on building strong fundamentals before moving to advanced techniques. I encourage students to ask questions, practice regularly, and stay motivated throughout their learning journey. I also provide personalized guidance and progress reviews so students clearly understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
Teaching around 300 students has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. Many learners have improved their skills, gained confidence, and successfully achieved their academic and personal goals. Their achievements inspire me to continue learning and becoming a better tutor every day.
I believe patience, communication, respect, and consistency are essential for successful learning. My classroom is friendly, supportive, and interactive, allowing students to learn comfortably without pressure. My goal is to help every learner build confidence, enjoy Trumpet, and continue improving long after our lessons are complete.

My approach to teaching Trumpet is focused on helping students achieve steady improvement through personalized and practical lessons. I use Communication to provide clear explanations and constructive feedback that helps students progress effectively.
I adapt my teaching methods according to different learning styles to ensure that every student receives the support they need. I include Real-life examples and case studies from professional musicians, live performances, and musical projects to connect theory with practice.
I also teach related subjects including Music Theory, Ear Training, Sight Reading, Rhythm Exercises, and Ensemble Playing. My lessons focus on improving sound quality, breathing techniques, articulation, musical expression, and performance skills.
My goal is to inspire students to become confident and creative trumpet players.
